With the deepening of enterprise information, many companies have product data management (PDM, ProductDataManagement) system as a product engineering information management and integration platform, unified storage and management of product design, process and resource information. This information is enterprise resource planning (ERP, Enterprise Resource Plan-ning) system, an important input to run the work. PDM and ERP systems to share information had a large number of phenomena. Therefore, in the PDM and ERP systems to achieve information integration, not only make the product design and manufacturing process more smoothly, but also to avoid duplication of information input and the possible errors and accurately deliver information, to promote the business of designing and manufacturing sector between the work together. PDM and ERP systems integration is a necessary enterprise information application needs.
PDM and ERP systems require integration of information including product information, process information and resource information content. However, two integrated information systems are often in different structures, different semantic performance and storage, and therefore can not be read directly recognize each other, information integration must be properly converted to complete.
The production runs in manufacturing management, usually the list of materials (BOM, Bill ofMaterials) forms of expression of product design information, manufacturing information and a variety of management information. PDM and ERP systems need to integrate the information also in large numbers in the BOM. In this paper, BOM for the information carrier of PDM and ERP systems for information integration mechanism is proposed based on information conversion of PDM and ERP systems for information integration.
A commonly used method of information sharing to achieve
At present, PDM and ERP systems integration between the more popular methods are mainly three kinds, namely, interface, style, direct and indirect access to the database. This, however, three kinds of integration methods can not meet the PDM and ERP systems for different structure and semantic information integration needs.
In order to ensure the whole process from design to production data consistency, the literature using PDM engineering change process technology, a set of data released by the workflow, from middleware to transfer data to ERP system integration. Literature by establishing a common view and function view, the definition of product information, integrated information model and propose integrated information model based on PDM and ERP integration.
At present, PDM and ERP system integration of the study, more concerned about the synergy between the two systems of information transmission and drive, but the lack of systems integration of heterogeneous information content and semantics of the unified standard conversion. If there is semantic information integration of different phenomena, even if the realization of the PDM to the ERP system, information transfer, integration of information can hardly be used directly. Therefore, PDM and ERP systems integration and semantic information must be complete unity of conversion.
BOM is the integration of PDM and ERP systems important carrier of information, it is a tree hierarchy, the performance of the product structure, product configuration status, inventory status, and product-related information, which constitute the connecting product design and production and management of the bridge.
According to the different load of information, BOM information can be divided into the design BOM (EBOM, Engineering BOM), process BOM (PPBOM, Process Planning BOM) and manufacturing BOM (MBOM, Manufacturing BOM) and other types, namely, the design department, technology department and production manufacturing organization and management of information, MBOM is an important input ERP operations. Application system, BOM information, two kinds of common storage method is a single-layer structure of representation and representation of multi-layer structure. Single BOM structure "single parent - list" data structure, a clear definition of product structure, easy to counter check parts, but less efficient in the BOM decomposition. Multi-BOM Structure "single parent - more children," the data structure, recorded in detail to the components from the product structure and component configuration for each level of relationship information. 2 PDM and ERP integration of information content
PDM and ERP systems to share a lot of information, including product structure, components, process information, materials, equipment, tooling, organizational structure, this information can be summarized as material information, product hierarchy, class information, resources 3 aspects of information.
1) material information is the basis of integrated information in the information, including parts, products, raw materials and other information, is a basic property of materials describing the content;

3) resource information, including organizational structure, information and manufacturing resource information, organizational structure, information contained in the sectoral structure of enterprises and personnel information, manufacturing resource information, including equipment, tooling information, for specific production.
PDM and ERP systems, 3 class integrated information and product structure, process, resources and other information of the logic shown in Figure 1. 3.1.2 BOM attribute mapping

3.2 Integrated mode and mechanism

4 Application and Implementation
Proposed in this paper of PDM and ERP systems for information integration approach has practical applications in an enterprise in the implementation. The company uses U.S. UGS's TeamCenter Engineer-ing (TCEng) software as its PDM system. This article describes the use of an integrated approach, enterprises of the PDM system and an ERP system is the application of information integration between.
Practice in the application, using TCEng products within the system structure editor (PSE, ProductStructure EdITor) module of the product BOM editing and management information, using his group on the development of integrated process planning and management system (IPPM, In-tegrated Process Planning andManagement) for process design. Use two modules to complete BOM structure of the insertion, deletion, structural adjustment, refinement and decomposition operations, and BOM automatically inherit the property and reasoning derived operation. PSE module based on the completion of the process decomposition and the detailed process design based on IPPM functions were realized by the EBOM to MBOM to PPBOM and PPBOM conversion, and finally output the MBOM information. By TCEng system BOM information on the conversion, and ERP systems to achieve the integration of information on the semantic interoperability.
In TCEng with the ERP system integration, proactive approach to PDM, and completed the transfer of information to the ERP system. Integrated information model according to the definition established in the ERP system, including components of basic information, MBOM structure, MBOM change, raw materials and basic information, basic information technology and other open content database by TCEng integrated information system will be written to open the corresponding data in the database table, as shown in Figure 7b, complete the integration of information transfer, to achieve the integration of information between the two systems.
5 Conclusion
In this paper, PDM systems and ERP systems need to integrate the information analyzed, summed up the integration of information content, discuss the information transfer mode and integrated way. PDM and ERP systems through an integrated information model, standardized PDM and ERP systems integrate information, definition, provides a broad definition of methods for the integration of information and integrated information model. BOM information into the proposed solution to the PDM and ERP system integration of information semantic inconsistencies. This study content through PDM and ERP systems enterprise actual Zhong's application delivery, both in this paper verify the proposed integrated Fangfa He Xinxikongzhi the feasibility to solve the application of systems between enterprises with the data sharing, integration and Yi Zhixing problems, but also for the integration of PDM and ERP systems provides a feasible solution.
