Beijing on September 16, according to foreign media reports, Adobe Systems said Monday it has acquired an image based software provider in Denmark YaWah ApS, aims to expand its Scene7 software in Europe, the application platform, but did not disclose Specific financial terms.
Consumer and Hosted Solutions Adobe vice president of Road Gemarke (Doug Mack) said in a statement: "YaWah's market knowledge and technology with the combination of Scene7 to ensure that European companies will be hosted media solutions quickly."
Adobe said the deal will not be its fiscal 2008 revenue and net profit greatly affected.
